Dikutip dari Autocar India, rangka dan mesin Adventure 390 kemungkinan akan sama dengan Duke 390 gernerasi baru. Tapi, ada perbedaan di frame belakang karena harus kuat menopang barang dan tas samping.
Kelihatan juga dari foto yang beredar, Adventure 390 punya bagian buntut yang lebih ramping. Sepertinya KTM memang mau mengubah filosofi dari motor, dari yang sport adventure jadi lebih condong ke motor reli.

Selain itu, salah satu kekurangan dari motor yang lama adalah joknya yang punya tinggi 855mm. Tapi itu sepertinya akan diperbaiki karena kelihatan dari tangki ke jok ada jarak yang cukup besar, makin mudah buat pengendara.
Kalau bicara mesin, Adventure 390 kemungkinan juga menggunakan mesin 398cc. Mesin tersebut menghasilkan tenaga 44,8 TK dan torsi 39 Nm, naik 1,3 TK dan 2 Nm dari model yang lama.
Cuma kemungkinan bakal ada penyesuaian dari sisi elektronik. Mengingat kedua motor punya peruntukan yang berbeda, satu roadster jalanan yang satu lagi motor petualang.
KTM Adventure 390 ini nantinya akan bersaing dengan Royal Enfield Himalayan terbaru, Honda NX500, dan BMW G310GS. Jadi mari kita tunggu saja akan seperti apa KTM Adventure 390 terbaru ini nanti, serta fitur baru apa yang disematkan.
